WHY A RETREAT?

If you're anything like me, you're over-worked.

Over-stressed.

Over-booked.

Over-tired.

You have kids, jobs, spouses, and parents.

And you crave time.

Time alone.

Time for yourself.

Time with no distractions.

Time to think, relax, meditate, breathe.

You crave time, simply, to be.

If any of these ideas apply to you, I'd like to invite you to a retreat that Thea Rademacher, Joan Scibienski, and I are creating.

This retreat is for you.

I was inspired to create a retreat because I know women.  One woman in particular, a while ago, was describing her life.  And this is a life ruled by her job, her child, her parents, and her spouse.

"I can't even go to the bathroom by myself."

So. . . if you crave some alone time, some "me" time, come to Relax, Renew, Revive:  A Unique Retreat for Women.  Spend some time at the beautiful St. Benedict Center near Schuyler, Nebraska. (Although the retreat center is a religious facility, Relax, Renew, Revive does not focus on any particular religious perspective.  We welcome everyone and we include everyone!)

You'll have plenty of time to spend in nature near the reflecting pool, walk a meditative labyrinth, connect with like-minded women, and talk about things like joy, happiness, pleasure, desire, and positivity.  You'll eat delicious food.  And you might even have fun.  But best of all, you'll leave feeling relaxed, renewed, and revived.

In the upcoming weeks, you'll hear more from me about the power of retreats, what's in store for you during this retreat, and you'll get to know your retreat facilitators.

So head on over to my website for all the details!

We'd to see you in central Nebraska this May!
